Crust Question

Do you scrape the filling off of the cookies before you crush them, or crush them with the filling?

Answer to Crust Question

Thank you for your question...there are two options here.
1) You can use plain chocolate cookies and crust them; either with a rolling pin or in the food processor.
2) You can purchase chocolate cookie crumbs or chocolate graham cracker crumbs--much easier.
Both can be found in local food chains. However, if you choose to use "filled" chocolate cookies, then remove the filling before crushing. Let me know if you need further clarification.
