Mary's maple walnut cream no-crust pie
SERVES 8
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
½ cup maple syrup
1 12-ounce tub whipped topping
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup dates, chopped
Mix cream cheese and maple syrup together in a blender. Stir in whipped topping, pineapple, walnuts and dates. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve frozen.
