SERVES 4
4 slices uncooked bacon
6 medium red potatoes, unpeeled
1 large yellow onion, peeled
1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
Wide, heavy-duty aluminum foil
½ cup ranch dressing

Preheat grill to low heat. Place bacon on large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Slice onion and potatoes ½-inch thick, and alternate layers on top of bacon. Sprinkle seasoned salt on top of potato layers. Bring sides of foil up and roll to seal. Place on heated grill and cook for 1 hour, covered. Open foil and serve potatoes with ranch dressing.
