Arugula side dish
Wilted arugula is a one-skillet dish that cooks up in minutes. Also known as rocket, arugula is a dark-green salad leaf with a slightly bitter, mustardy, peppery flavor. It is a good salad green to accompany a rich entree, because its sharp bite will cleanse the palate. Arugula is a traditional component of mesclun, a mix of salad greens. It can also be added to pasta, rice or vegetable dishes, as well as wilted with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a quick side dish.
