The Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) class series is designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend who has a chronic illness. The ARK of SC is offering both an in-person and virtual telehealth class.
The in-person PTC class series meets weekly for six weeks on Thursday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Summerville. Dates are Jan. 18 and 25 and Feb. 1, 8, 15, 22. Class time is 1 to 2:30 p.m.
