The second annual Palmetto State Chili Cookoff is sanctioned by ICS (International Chili Society). ICS contestants come from all over, inlcuding South Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina and more. A local People's Choice cook-off is also included for non-ICS members. We will also have kids inflatables, games, music and much more. Last year, we donated 90 percent of net proceeds to charity.
