IOP Halloween Golf Car Parade and Carnival

On Oct. 27, the Isle of Palms Recreation Center will host a Halloween Golf Cart Parade and Carnival from 4 to 6 p.m. The top three decorated golf carts will receive prizes.
After the parade, everyone is invited to participated in our Halloween Carnival, which will include a drive-thru haunted house, children's entertainment, food and sweets vendors and more.
