Ferns & Fossils - Family Day

Trek down our Piedmont Forest trail, as ancient creatures once did, passing ferns and fungus along the way. Back inside, join our Curator of Natural History, Dr. Steve Fields, as we examine our fossil collection and hear some ancient and current fossil fact and fiction. Walks will meet in the Picnic Area to begin at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.

This program is suitable for all ages and is FREE with general admission.
