Andrea DeMuth to speak on the American Red Wolf

The Horry County Museum presents a lecture by Andrea DeMuth on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 1 p.m. Join us as she shares about red wolves, a wolf species native to South Carolina and the Southeast region.
DeMuth will also discuss the new exhibit, "Red Wolf Ridge," featured at the Lowcountry Zoo at Brookgreen Gardens. DeMuth came to Brookgreen Gardens in 2006 and is currently the vice president and curator of zoological collections. She previously worked at Busch Gardens-Tampa in the zoo area, specializing in African ungulates, equid and a variety of other animals.
