The Arts Council of York County will offer an adult art class, Watercolor Flowers with Luisana Hostos, Saturday, Sept. 9. Learn how to create beautiful watercolor flowers. In this course we will explore color theory, fundamentals of drawing flowers and essential watercolor techniques you can use to create beautiful flower compositions.
Skill level is beginner to intermediate. Cost is $65. Maximum enrollment of 12. Register by Wednesday, Sept. 6
