5th Annual Trenholm Artists Guild Holiday Market 2013

The Trenholm Artists Guild’s Annual Holiday Market will be held from November 21st through December 21st at 4711 Forest Drive, next to Piggly Wiggly. This year’s market promises to be better than ever. It will feature a selection of paintings, photography, jewelry, pottery, cards, and other fine art items produced by guild members. The market is free and open to the public.

The Holiday Market will be open Thursday through Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm, Sundays 2-6 pm, and one Wednesday – November 27, 11 am to 7 pm.

Wednesday, November 27th will be a holiday celebration with donuts and cider provided for pre-Thanksgiving shopping.

Trenholm Artists Guild, also known as TAG has a membership of about 150. The group includes both amateur and professional artists who work in watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, drawing, sculpture, photography and other creative media. Many TAG members work full-time in the field of art as art teachers, graphic artists or professional artists.

Established in 1971, TAG is an incorporated, non-profit organization located in Columbia, South Carolina. It is designated an IRS 501 (c) (3) organization.

TAG, was created to encourage and stimulate the practice and appreciation of the creative arts among the people living in the greater Columbia area of South Carolina. To achieve this goal TAG works cooperatively with other groups to help build audiences and participation in the arts.
