Serves 8
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
4 ounces Clemson blue cheese
1 small onion, grated
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients together, except pecans. Shape into ball, then roll in pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
