Valentine's Day at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

On Feb. 14, starting at 5:30 pm, guests can partake in an intimate three-course dinner at $70 plus tax and gratuity, or $110 for those who choose to indulge in a bottle of wine with their meal.

The evening unfolds with the choice between she-crab soup with sherry and chive oil or a delicious saffron-chablis poached pear salad dressed with fine herbs, watermelon radish, heirloom tomatoes and blood orange vinaigrette. For the second course, one can choose between the pan-seared "fishmonger selection" served with butternut squash puree, citrus lacinato kale and kaffir lime beurre blanc, or a delectable cherry-smoked pork tenderloin with crispy Brussels sprouts, cherry gastrique, marsh hen grits and chimichurri. Save space for dessert as the menu offers either a rich key lime pie or a decadent red velvet cake.
