Ultimate Frisbee Training and Pickup

Join us for Utimate Frisbee every Monday at Coastal Carolina University. We'll just throw if we are short players, but we normally have around 10 to 15 people participate. Arrive by 5 p.m. so we can start on time. 

We'll start with a warm up drill and  focus on teaching some basics to anyone coming for their first time. We'll then pick teams and play Ultimate Frisbee.
