Hot Chocolate Social

Give blood and enjoy a Holiday Social at Hollow Creek Distillery, Saturday Dec. 14. With the merriment of the season upon us, and gift giving part of the tradition, we are reminded of the most precious gift we can give, blood. Craig and Meredith Amick, founders of Hollow Creek Distillery are welcoming The Blood Connection mobile donation truck to their business as a means of giving back to the community.

For the fourth year, Hollow Creek Distillery, producers of Garnet & Black Vodka, High Cotton Bourbon, White Cinnamon Whiskey and a portfolio of award winning spirits, will host their Hot Chocolate Social. The event offers more than a free cup of spirited cocoa. The blood drive will be held  from 11a.m. to 3 p.m., as part of the holiday gathering that runs from 10 a.m.to 7 p.m.

Once on the site, search for the drive by location (Hollow Creek Distillery), or by sponsor code (7467) and set your appointment online. Or, visit Hollow Creek‘s Facebook page to scan the QR Code from the Blood Drive event page. Drop-ins will also be accommodated, and registered donors will receive an eGift Card from The Blood Connection.

As part of the annual Hot Chocolate Social, visitors are welcome to try the spirits produced on site and enjoy a cup of cocoa dressed with their choice of Peppermint Moonshine, Sea Salt & Caramel Moonshine, White Hot Cinnamon Flavored Whiskey, High Cotton Bourbon or even Hell Fire, the moonshine made with Caroline Reaper Pepper, for a spicy take on Hot Chocolate.

This year will also feature a special limited release spirit under the Family Reserve label that is sure to become a favorite!
