Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap"
to
Easley Foothills Playhouse 201 S. 5th St, Easley, South Carolina 29640
In this play, a group of total strangers find themselves stranded in a boarding house during a snow storm. A murder takes place, and a policeman arrives, traveling on skis. He no sooner appears than another murder takes place. That makes two down, and one to go. To arrive at the rationale of the murderer’s pattern, the policeman probes the background of everyone present and rattles a lot of skeletons. Once again, Easley Foothills Playhouse presents another famous Agatha Christie switch-finish play. This one, the world’s longest running play, was first performed in 1952 and has now passed its 63rd year with no signs of slowing down.
