1 cup orange juice
1 10 1/2-ounce package miniature marshmallows
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pint whipping cream
1 prepared graham cracker crust in 8-by-8-inch pan
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Pour orange juice in heavy, large pot. Add marshmallows and melt. Add lemon juice. Cool. Whip the cream, then fold into orange juice mixture. Pour over prepared graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. (If doubling the recipe, a 9-by-13-inch baking dish can be used.) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
