1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 8.5-ounce package corn muffin mix
6 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheese
In a medium bowl, beat together all the ingredients. Bake in 9-by-13-by-2-inch greased pan for 20 minutes, or until almost baked through. Sprinkle cheese on top and continue baking until it melts.
