Kick off the 2018 Ag + Art Tour of York County at our second annual Farm-to-Fork Dinner featuring a meal prepared by Dan "The Pig Man" Huntley. Dan will prepare a family-style dinner using fresh foods sourced from local farms. The menu includes appetizers — cheese, nuts, dried fruit, honey, charcuterie platter — shrimp fritters, an entree and sides, and a dessert. Entree and sides include bison burger sliders with cilantro-cabbage slaw, S.C. quail wrapped with bacon and stuffed with Palmetto Gold rice, watermelon, tomato and cucumber, English peas, salad with crumbled S.C. blue cheese and a basil walnut dressing and grilled whole ear corn (with choice of buttered with salt and pepper or Mexican-style with lime juice). The desserts will be strawberry and blueberry pies served cool with a glazed gelatin and mint sprigs. Tickets are $65.
