2 cups granulated sugar
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
½ cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan, then bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
