MAKES 6–8 SERVINGS
6 lemons
2 cups granulated sugar
1 gallon distilled water
Wash and dry lemons. Squeeze juice of lemons (reserving rinds) over sugar in a 1-gallon pitcher. Slice lemon rinds and place on sugar. Toss and let sit for 1/2 hour. Pour water into pitcher and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour in 12-ounce glasses filled with ice, and enjoy.
