Chef Belinda, how much olive oil (Total) did you add to your aioli recipe? One cup? Thanks!

How much olive oil to use in aioli?

Thank you Diane for your question. The recipe calls for one cup of olive oil; however, add it slowly until you reach the consistency you like. For a thicker aioli, you may want to stop short of the full cup. One other thing to consider is the size eggs you use. The recipe is written for "large" eggs. If you have extra large eggs, the aioli will naturally end up thicker, because the egg is the thickener in the recipe. I hope this helps.
