Lancaster welcomes you to the Winter Block Party 2014. This free and fun event will rock you into the holiday spirit with live musical performances, holiday booths, and concessions. The Block Party is scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2014 in downtown Lancaster, SC from 11:00am to 4:00pm during the Red Rose Holiday Tour.
