Catawba pottery, jewelry, baskets, and other works handmade by Native American artists and craftspeople will be available Saturday December 7th at the USC Lancaster Native American Studies Center located at 119 S. Main Street, Lancaster, SC 29720 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Vendors will be offering a wide variety of artwork, crafts, decorative items, and unique handmade objects perfect for holiday gift-giving. Highlighted will be work by potters from the Catawba Nation of York County. These artists will be joined by other local Native American traditional artists and craftspeople selling and showing their work. Also featured will be performances by a Native American drum group.
