Spartanburg Soaring! International Kite Festival

On the last Saturday in March, an International Kite Festival will bring the entire city together at Barnet Park. Winners of the previous community-based competitions will advance to this vibrant and thrilling day of looking toward the skies with others. Upstate International's parade will end at Barnet Park, providing the opening ceremony for the event. The end-of-month Festival will kick off April, National Kite Month.
