The Horry County Museum presents a program by Andrew Waters in collaboration with Coastal Carolina University and the South Carolina 250th Commission on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. Andrew Waters is a writer and conservationist in Pittsboro, North Carolina. He is the author of three books on revolutionary figures in South Carolina, most recently Backcountry War: The Rise of Francis Marion, Banastre Tarleton, and Thomas Sumter.
