Together, we’ll uncover the wonders of nature as early European explorers once saw them. Discover the amazing animals that once roamed our state—like bison, wolves and colorful parakeets—and learn why they’re no longer part of our landscape. Try your hand at old-time adventures: use a compass to find your way and practice writing with a quill and ink just like an explorer from centuries ago.
