NASC Lunch and Learn: "A Special Black History Month Lecture"

Join us on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 12pm at the USC-Lancaster Native American Studies Center located at 119 S. Main Street for a special black history month lecture. Professor Biggs will explore how South Carolina’s black doctors used professional medicine as a tool to promote racial progress, examining the conflicts, tensions, and fears that shaped their medical and civic endeavors. This event is free and open to the public. Participants are invited to bring a bag lunch.
