Lexington County Peach Festival

As the Lexington County Peach Festival celebrates its 57th year on July 4, the festival offers a full day of fun with the celebration of America’s birthday and peaches. Arts and crafts, children’s rides, and great foods will be available for varying fees in the Gilbert Community Park on Rikard Circle. A parade, three stages of entertainment, an antique tractor and farm equipment gathering, a car show, a Revolutionary War reenactment, a volleyball tournament, and a fireworks show will be available without charge. The Revolutionary War reenactment will host cannon firings at specific times of the day as well as a reading of the Declaration of Independence at noon. The parade begins at 9:30 a.m., and the fireworks show begins at 10 p.m.
