The Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Foundation will hold its annual Home and Garden Symposium on Tuesday, May 13, in the OCtech Math and Science Center. Guests will enjoy brunch and have an opportunity to browse the silent auction before the formal presentation begins in Roquemore Auditorium.
This year’s speakers are Orangeburg County natives Stephanie Summerson Hall and Rebecca Bull Koraytem.
Hall is the founder of Estelle Colored Glass, a luxury brand of hand-blown colored glass cake stands and stemware. Koraytem serves as the U.S. Sales Executive for David Austin Roses and a garden editor at Southern Living.
Tickets are $60 per person. Funds raised through the Home and Garden Symposium help students with the cost of attending college and support additional educational projects that connect them to a world of possibilities.
