Join us for a throwing session at Coastal Carolina University from 4 to 6 p.m. Beginners welcome. We'll teach you how to throw, catch and we'll play some fun throwing games if enough people turn up.
Bring a white and a dark shirt, plus water. Try to arrive on time.
