The Clemson Alumni Association invites you to join us for Clemson on the Coast, a weekend experience that will give you the opportunity to marvel at the melding of Clemson University and the charming city of Charleston, where history meets modern elegance. Home to more than 8,000 Clemson alumni, the fourth-largest concentration of living alumni in South Carolina, Charleston is a natural extension of Clemson University’s campus.
The weekend, Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, is about more than experiencing Charleston; it’s also about connecting with Clemson University. Enjoy guided walking tours by University Historian Otis Pickett, highlighting the significant contributions of Clemson alumni in the Lowcountry. Network with Clemson alumni at various events and activities tailored for the Clemson enthusiast.
The event will also feature a watch party for the Clemson men's basketball team and a welcome event on Friday evening.
Finish off the weekend by heading down the historic Avenue of the Oaks to Boone Hall’s Cotton Dock for an evening of live music by local favorite The High Tides, Lowcountry fare, a full bar and outstanding marsh views. Revel in your love for Clemson, all while enjoying the enchanting backdrop of Charleston.
Join us for an unforgettable experience where the beauty of Charleston, the culinary delights, the historic sites, and the academic excellence of Clemson University come together. This is more than an event; it’s a celebration of culture, education and family.
