Children’s Day on the Farm at Historic Brattonsville

Please join us for Children’s Day on the Farm to showcase how children were involved in 19th-century farm life and trades. In honor of the 250th anniversary of the beginning of the American Revolution, Historic Brattonsville will present activities centered on children’s life, work and play in the 18th century.

Events include candle-dipping, historic hearth cooking, writing with quill pens, blacksmithing demonstrations, 18th-century toys and games and visits to a militia camp.
