We begin with brilliant fanfares of the Overture to the opera-seria Idomeneo, then welcome back an eminent soloist, Furman University Professor of Music, David Gross who will shine in the sparkling Piano Concerto No. 21 with its enormously popular and charming second movement, Andante. The evening finishes with one of the greatest symphonies Mozart wrote -- No. 36, nicknamed "Linz" which was composed in just four days!
