SERVES 8
3 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¾ cup milk
¾ cup heavy cream
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Beat all ingredients except pie shell in medium bowl, then pour into pie shell. Bake 40–45 minutes in preheated 325-degree oven. Cool for one hour before serving. Store in refrigerator.
