Wonderful Wednesdays: Turning Trees Inside Out
to
Museum of York County 4621 Mt. Gallant Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29732
Forests are full of trees that serve as supermarkets, apartment complexes, energy factories and so much more.
Join a York County Forester to look at the inside of a tree. Find out how each tree benefits us and how we can protect our trees. Stay and hike our wooded three-quarter-mile nature trail. Museum staff will provide bark and leaf rubbing activities after each program. Two workshops (free with museum admission) will be offered – one from 10:15 to 11 a.m. and one from 11:15 a.m. to noon.
Museum members get in early at 9 a.m. on Wonderful Wednesdays in June and July!
