Civil War Living History Day

Learn some local Civil War history at this annually held living-history event. A horse-drawn artillery battery (Civil War reenactors) will be practicing on the grounds of the Averasboro Battlefield throughout the day. The group also will be interacting with visitors and explaining the intricacies of serving in a horse-drawn artillery unit during the war. The Averasboro Museum will be open to visitors as well.
