Charleston Honey and Bee Expo
to
Cinebarre 963 Houston Northcutt Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina 29464
The sixth annual expo, organized by the Charleston Area Beekeepers Association, is a free, family-friendly event that features honey tastings, arts and crafts, honey cotton candy, and the chance to meet area beekeepers and buy local honey.
Honeybees are rapidly declining. They are responsible for one-third of the food we eat. In the U.S. alone, they pollinate $14 billion in crops and seeds to supply us with fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers and more. Visit this fun, free expo to learn more about beekeeping and about bees and what you can do to help save them.
